The longest day of the year is the perfect moment to pause, reset, and come back to yourself.
Join me for a gentle group experience combining a short calming meditation to settle and arrive, followed by a Holy Fire® Reiki healing meditation to restore your energy and leave you feeling lighter.
We'll close with a little time to reflect together — no experience needed, just come as you are.
