Booking Policy
To ensure a calm, respectful and supportive experience for everyone, the following booking policy applies to 1-1 sessions:
Deposits & Payment
1-1 sessions are paid in full at the time of booking via the online booking system. This secures your appointment and reserves that time especially for you.
For group and event bookings, payment terms are agreed individually at the time of enquiry.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
With at least 48 hours' notice, your payment may be transferred to a new date once only. Any further changes or cancellations will result in the full payment being forfeited.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in the full payment being forfeited.

Your session time is reserved especially for you. This policy helps protect the space, time and energy involved in offering calm, high-quality wellbeing sessions, and ensures fairness to all clients.
