I'm a mum, a wife, a daughter, a sister and for over 30 years I worked in Corporate IT, balancing responsibilities, work and family in a high-pressured environment. I know how easy it is to lose touch with yourself along the way. To forget that you need to take care of yourself too.

When redundancy came around again, I made a conscious decision. I didn't want to go back into another corporate role, back into an environment where I didn't feel I was specifically helping anyone. I had been on my own spiritual journey for some time, and I knew first hand how powerful that work was. I wanted to learn more, go deeper, and share that with others.

That decision became YourJoyousLife: a calm, supportive space for people who sense there is "more to life" and want to explore that gently, without pressure or expectation.

My work is rooted in the belief that we all need to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with who we really are. Sessions are gentle, intuitive and responsive, held with respect for your nervous system, your boundaries and your personal comfort. I will never push or direct. This work is not about fixing you, it's about creating the space where clarity, balance and connection can naturally return.
