I offer calm, grounding wellbeing sessions for groups, organisations and workplaces, designed to support rest, focus and nervous-system regulation in a gentle, accessible way.
Sessions are inclusive, adaptable and thoughtfully tailored — whether for a small community group or a professional workplace setting.
These sessions may be suitable for:

No prior experience with meditation or energy-based practices is needed.
Sessions are tailored to the needs, experience level and context of each group.
