To ensure a calm, respectful and supportive experience for everyone, the following booking policy applies to all sessions:

🌿 Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining balance is payable on the day of your session.

🌿 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date once only.
  • Any further changes or cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.

🌿 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Your session time is reserved especially for you. This policy helps protect the space, time, and energy involved in offering calm, high-quality healing sessions, and ensures fairness to all clients.
